I am a professionally qualified Executive coach and mentor (ILM Level 7) and I help others to create change that delivers measurable results. I have over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Development where I have coached people at all levels. I have worked in the public and private sectors including education (science & enginnering), pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transport and consultancy sectors for large global companies and small businesses.
I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and I am fully qualified in a range of psychometric tools through the British Psychological Society. I work within the Code of Ethics and Good Practice through the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and I am committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion in the coaching and mentoring work I do by embracing differences and respecting the uniqueness of every individual and their potential.
