Summary
I am a London-based individual dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth. At 55 years old, I have overcome significant challenges, including a major brain injury after falling from a balcony when I was just 15-months-old that initially rendered one-third of your brain non-functional. I didn't find out until my very first MRI scan when I was 32 how much of my brain was injured because the accident happened in 1970 before we had MRI scans. My parents were just told that I wouldn't do very well at school or hold down a good job because my brain wouldn't retain information.
I trained as a chef when I left school which amased my family, then I retrained as a plumber and retrained again as a website designer/developer, routine MRI scans over the next 18 years showed there was no change in brain function. That was until 2021 at the age of 52 and after 16 months of combined furlough/redundency.
Through neuroplasticity and resilience, I have regained full brain function and now thrive. I aim to inspire others to keep their minds active and healthy by embracing learning, whether by mastering new skills or exploring new concepts.
I have a strong interest in complementary and alternative medicine, particularly in integrating psychology, neuropsychology, bioresonance therapy with other holistic healing practices such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, meditation, mindfulness, and about 35 other courses including various coaching courses. My journey reflects a commitment to wellness and empowering others to explore new ways of enhancing their well-being.

The human brain is an amazing object and we still don't know everything about it but after I healed my own brain after a brain injury as a toddler 50 years earlier, I knew i could help people.
It's a matter of mindset and I can help people switch their mindset and help them increase their cognitive ability, thus helping prevent mental healtth issues.
