A Senior Leader and Coach with a passion and proven track record for unlocking the potential in people and processes. Awarded a Fellowship from the Institute of Leadership and Management in recognition of my achievements as a Senior Leader, Executive and Coach.
Throughout my career I have shown agility alongside a recognised ability to deliver operational performance improvements through the coaching and application of Operational Excellence principles. I have a strong focus on leadership behaviours and their role in setting the necessary culture for performance, I have been coaching leaders and emerging talent for over 10 years and continue to develop myself to ensure I am considering latest developments in the field.
I build strong, productive relationships at all levels within organisations and have a recognised ability to engage the workforce and support in them delivering on high-impact business and personal goals. I communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrating excellent influencing skills and the ability to present information.
I built a successful career around excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mind-set, bringing structure and focus to an industry that was severely lacking in both.
Throughout my career and into consultancy I have been consistently recognised for the direct impact I have had on the success of areas and businesses that I have worked with.
Academically qualified with a Master's degree focused in Chemistry from The University of Birmingham.

- £30m cost avoidance on Crossrail project for TfL.
- Major performance turnaround project (automotive) in Essex, including interim management of site during COVID pandemic. Delivered over 400% ROI.
- Factory productivity and quality transformation on Hinkley Point C nuclear project with Balfour Beatty. Over 300% ROI through uplift in output by 150% and 50% increase in RFT quality.

100+ Employees 2017 - 2019• Directly responsible for the multi-disciplined Production organisation comprising of 300 employees across days and shifts.
• Accountable for the delivery of departmental targets across all metrics (SQDCP).
• Successfully deployed cultural and behavioural change programme based around Operational Excellence principles across the entire department of over 400 employees as well as supporting company Directors to align with these principles.
• Delivered an Operational Excellence workshop to global senior managers, including CEOs of Tata Steel Group and Tata Steel Europe at the annual leadership conference with excellent feedback.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of Operational Excellence maturity for the department, delivering substantial improvements through cross-functional sharing and learning alongside targeted improvement activity.
