As a former sales director with an international customer base I practiced a conventional approach to sales. As an engineer I understood the importance of product excellence coupled with excellent service. I experienced the frustrations of not winning business I knew I should have, of trying to chase decision makers, and of having margins squeezed.

Having discovered the Sandler approach while working in the U.S., I discovered a methodology which helped me retain much better control of the sales process, identified the same issues I was encountering and provided a solution I was able to readily identify with.

I now combine my years of sales experience, the Sandler methodology and the resources of one of the worlds' leading training organisations to help people and businesses across the Yorkshire region to overcome their sales challenges and move their businesses to where they want to be.
