I offer consultancy services to support employers and businesses. I look into options for employee workforce development such as upskilling and reskilling with the added value of free advice. Consultancy services offer information and advice to help raise awareness of what resources are available. I aim to support employers to reach informed decisions about their training choices. Offering employers and businesses advisory and consultancy through discussion led referrals, using the IAG framework (Level 2 qualified with matrix experience). Specialist resource locator for workforce development, upskilling and reskilling, apprenticeships and mandatory training to support employers to source training solutions working across a select network of training providers and those using the latest technologies and blended learning approaches. Currently working with manufacturers to source and supply lean manufacturing apprenticeship delivery.
