Career Future Proofing - the why and the how.

Career Future Proofing - the why and the how.

We’ve all heard the expressions, ‘dig your well before the next drought: build your ark before the next flood.’

When it comes to careers the expressions are even more pertinent than in most other areas of our lives, because it is mainly other people who make the decisions that affect our careers.

The “other people” might be county hall planners, government legislators, a CEO who gets out of the wrong side of bed or a chairman who is on the wrong side of the law.

Usually as individuals trying to protect our livelihoods and our financial futures we are powerless to influence the decisions such people make.

Don't relax into a false sense of security when everything is going hunky-dory: the unexpected WILL happen. Plan for it, be prepared, future proof your career, so that when the unexpected DOES happen you are not left floundering - you're ready and can hit the ground running! All you need is our Career Future Proofing Course - message me if you'd like details. #proteuscareermanagement #careerfutureproofing
