I’ve spent my career helping organisations make change stick. Not the kind of change that looks good in a PowerPoint deck but never happens in reality—the kind that actually shifts behaviours, transforms cultures, and builds high-performing teams that last.
I work in Organisational Development (OD), leadership, and behavioural science, which basically means I help organisations figure out why things aren’t working and what needs to change—then make sure it actually happens. That means challenging outdated ways of thinking, cutting through bureaucracy, and focusing on what truly drives performance.
I don’t do fluffy HR talk. Culture isn’t just a nice-to-have, leadership isn’t just a buzzword, and OD isn’t just “people stuff.” It’s about strategy, behaviour, systems, and making work work for people and organisations.
