Executive Elite Leadership Programme is it worth the money?
I can confirm that it definitely is.
The programme was delivered over 3 days, covering a lot of information, in concise chunks that were easy to absorb, by two engaging, experienced, and full of energy coaches, Tony and Mike.
The structure was clear, logical and effective. VSI has obviously put a lot of thought and expertise into the design and delivery.
But it wasn’t just about the new knowledge. The main benefits came from doing group exercises, receiving individual feedback, and interacting with VSI and other participants.
This format gave me the confidence to implement new techniques into my own businesses immediately.
I didn’t just learn “how” to drive human performance and get the best of the people I coach, – “individuality” and “why” also became much clearer.

Great energy with an understanding how important their programmes are in the Information Age. A great quote they use is ‘every professional has a coach, amateurs dont’
