"I have had Training on two separate occasions from Doug on both MS Project & MS Access. During both sessions, Doug demonstrated excellent knowledge of the software, and could easily explain processes and answer questions. He is also extremely personable, so makes the training interesting and fun, and doesn't make you feel daft for asking silly questions!!
The training for MS Project was a Group session, but when I enquired about training for Access, Doug arranged to come to my house (on a Saturday!!!!) and deliver a one-to-one session......you don't get that sort of flexibility everywhere, believe me!! Thanks again Doug!"
