Cheryl led the project management on a tricky commission when I was Head of Content at ITV.com. Her patience and fortitude whilst we negotiated several internal hurdles really helped us get to where I wanted us to be and I would struggle to think of a team and person more flexible to achieve that aim.
I worked in regular proximity with Cheryl over 5 years across multiple varying projects. One thing that's always valuable from Cheryl is her input on just about...anything; we would actively seek her feedback on projects she had nothing to do with because the feedback was so consistently useful. Cheryl truly doesn't miss a beat - she's insightful, considered and objective in her contributions, even in areas that wouldn't obviously fall under her immediate skillset, and laser focused and efficient in those that do; comforting to know you unquestionably have the right person for the job.
Her drive to move things forward in the smartest way possible make her indisposable and pretty much the definition of being one of a company's most valuable assets. Any company would be lucky to have her.
Cheryl possesses that rare quality of being able to get things done while also being universally liked by everyone across the business. On many occasions during her time at Spotlight Sports Group, Cheryl picked up complex strategic projects, often at at short notice, and delivered them on time and to budget. A priceless skill that not many people possess. I would highly recommend Cheryl
Cheryl will be a hugely valuable asset to any company. Throughout my time working with her she was able to absorb any problem thrown at her and find solutions to them all.
Cheryl continually motivates varied teams to achieve strategic objectives and consistently delivers them.
Cheryl is absolutely brilliant to work with and for. She is a really inclusive, level-headed and likeable people-person who is able to bring colleagues from across a company together. And, most importantly, she gets things done.
She brings a huge breadth of experience from starting and running a successful business to a range of enterprise-level projects. In my time working for Cheryl, she turned her hand to everything from supplier management to various strategic cross-company projects to being stand-in HR director to the integration of other companies following mergers and acquisitions.
The bottom line is that Cheryl will add huge value to your business/project as a consultant.
