When I started coaching, I was feeling lost and exhausted. I was uncertain about the choices I had made in my life, and my self-confidence was very low. Over 10 coaching sessions, Ana asked the right questions to help me unlock my potential and provided tools to build a system of priorities in my mind. She helped me re-prioritize things that weren't important to me and identify the areas that truly matter, where I should focus my energy. It was a valuable learning journey, with each session being unique. I appreciated her flexibility in adjusting each session to meet my needs at the time. Her incorporation of meditation and breathing techniques was especially helpful in calming my nervous system and connecting me more deeply with myself, allowing me to fully see and absorb the benefits of each session. My sense of exhaustion has been reduced, and I still carry the motivation she gave me to move forward in my life in a more conscious way.
The greatest learnings and shifts I’ve experienced include self-discovery, gaining tools to set priorities based on my personal hierarchy of importance, and the realization that all the choices I’ve made in my life so far have been exactly the right ones.
Her guidance style, particularly her ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions, made a strong impact. She allows you to speak freely, and then she repeats key words from what you’ve said, helping you recognize patterns and identify issues on your own. However, my favorite aspect was the calming techniques she used which helped me feel more relaxed and centered.
Her abstract wisdom she applies to everyday life. You learn something new with her analogies along with you what you are working on. You don't dwell on the past, you focus on the now and the future.
With Ana's methods, it would have to be someone who needs cleansing from their struggles and needs to get out of their comfort zone in order to unlock their potential.
