Before setting up Appreciating People in 2006 worked in youth work and regeneration for over 30 years, holding a number of senior posts in local government, community engagement and arts and environment organisations. My work has included managing large scale multi million pound European projects and managed small and large team often setting up and managing multidisciplinary teams
Currently vice chair of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) in Liverpool and Knowsley, and was a non-executive director of urban regeneration agency Liverpool Vision from 2010 to 2012.
