Imperative Solutions Ltd can deliver "fully funded" (free to the client) Personal Development and Executive Development Coaching to eligible businesses in the Greater Manchester area. The aim is to create jobs and safeguard existing jobs.
We have a framework agreement with the Business Growth Hub to deliver the Executive Development Programme. This is for the purpose of delivering Executive/Personal Development (Leadership & Management) Coaching (18 hours) to eligible businesses (B2B)in the Greater Manchester region. Leadership isn’t just about the team at the top, we can help you to empower your team and encourage leadership at all levels to have the impact that you want on productivity, performance and collaboration to ensure the successful growth of your company.
About the service
Based on the results of the assessment we can tailor a solution which will then be delivered over 18 hours of support. Some of the areas that can be delivered to your business are listed below such as:-

The programmes will be of significant benefit within the areas of Mindfulness, Stress Management and Wellbeing, aimed at individuals and corporations who want a state of the art stress management system to reduce workplace absenteeism and provide welbeing infrastructure to their staff.
