With 44 years experiance of dealing with insurance claims initially on behalf of Insurers but for the last 18 years or so on behalf of policyholders, I am a director of CGHW Ltd trading as Cherry and Griffiths Loss Assessors and as Hope and Williams Chartered Loss Adjusters
I help commercial and domestic policyholders to make insurance claims for fires, floods, thefts and any other property related claims against their insurers but my particular areas of expertise would be commercial insurance claims of any magnitude including business interruption claims and contentious claims issues where insurers do not wish to treat their customers fairly. I am sufficiently qualified for provision of expert witness evidence for insurance claim disputes.
