We made it easier, faster and cheaper for people to source content when compared to enlisting the services of a traditional freelance copywriter hired directly. The standard of the content delivered by established competitors and the customer experience of using these companies was generally poor. So I realised that there was an opportunity for us to deliver to a much higher standard, and initially we focused solely on the UK market. I sold this business to a competitor in 2012 as I wanted to focus on new projects.
