Mental Health Awareness Training:
We are licenced providers of the MHFA England training which is offered as half day, one day and a more comprehensive 2-day course.
We have also created our own training Mapping Mental Health for
Managers which is CPD Accredited. This short, sharp session equips
managers to have confidence to have conversation to support their teams.
Wellbeing Initiatives:
We offer both online and in person wellbeing initiatives. We work with your team encouraging healthy habits as a lifestyle. We do this through

1-2-1 Wellbeing Reviews:
1 hour spent with your team member to gauge their levels of wellbeing and how your organisation can potentially become aware and support going forward. Having someone other than a manager conducting these offers a degree of objectivity. The reviews take on a specific format to consider a whole person approach. The report generated identifies overall themes of strengths and recommendations of focus.
Mental Health Awareness eLearning:
Helping organisations fulfil their responsibility to support the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce.
The eLearning is comprised of bite size modules which are carefully curated to offer specialist information, inviting reflection and challenging perspectives. These modules can be completed at anytime and helps to create an environment that enables employees to take ownership of their health and wellbeing.
