Summary

I have almost 30 years experience in HR working at both operational and strategic levels in addition to an additional 10 years of operational management experience prior to moving into HR. plus I am also a part qualified accountant meaning that I provide pragmatic and commercially viable solutions to all people related issues.

I was enthused to start my own business to use my experience and knowledge to support a range of businesses to assist them to maximise their performance through the performance of their people and minimising claims against those businesses. I love helping people through use of my problem solving skills and detailed working and professional experience to maximise the efficiency of their roles and businesses. I also love meeting an interacting with a wide range of people and businesses and hopefully add to their business knowledge as part of the solutions I provide to them. 

I provide generalist HR support services at both a strategic and operational level, covering (amongst other things): - 

* Creation/review/update of Employment Contracts and Company Handbooks
* Creation/review/update of all people/employment related Policies and Procedures
* Assistance with/management of Disciplinary and Grievance cases including investigations and appeals
* Preparation of and presentation of Employment Tribunal cases
* Absence Management and Performance Management
* Restructuring exercises
* Redundancy exercises
* TUPE transfers
* Mergers and Acquisitions, including appropriate due diligence exercises

* Design of Appraisal Systems including Competencies
* Employee Engagement
* Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and Trade Unions relationships including consultations and negotiations
* Performance measurement and Reward systems
* Organisational Design
