We are an ILM Centre which means that our leadership and management training is quality controlled by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
We base all of our training on research from respected sources such as the Chartered Institute of Personal & Development (CIPD), Engage for Success (EfS) and the Harvard Business Review. We also are involved in undertaking research ourselves.
We use what we consider to be only the best training materials, psychometric tests and personality profiles. This enables us to offer you as our client the highest quality training and coaching.
