In the last few months, many industries have been forced to make a large portion of their employees redundant, and whether this was done correctly can seriously affect the reputation of your company. There are many ways to recover from a negative experience with restructuring, learning how to manage your brand effectively is a key phase of recovery.

Employee assistance programmes (EAP’s) offer employee benefits that provide your team with any support they may need, impacting their wellbeing and performance, especially considering the current situation.
Guarantee your managers are on board with your changes and allow them to suggest ideas of their own. Along with employees, managers will be aware what amendments are necessary to optimise employee/employer relations.
Request and act on feedback: Employee feedback should be considered by managers and utilized as a method for constructive change.
Champion employee advocacy: Sharing positive experiences within your company will enhance the interpersonal connection of your campaign, as well as provide your employees with a platform that allows their voice to be heard.
