We have just completed a sound system upgrade installation at St Peters Church in Shipley, West Yorkshire with the install of an Allen & Heath QU24 Digital Mixer, Audio Technica Radio Mic Systems and an Audio Technica in ear monitoring system.
Definition Audio Visual was asked to upgrade the existing sound system installation within the church as their existing Soundcraft desk and ageing radio mic systems were starting to develop various faults.
We opted to install the Allen & Heath QU24 digital mixer which is controlled via their Ipad along with an Audio Technica Handheld Radio Mic System, Two Lapel Radio Mic Systems, an Audio Technica over ear radio mic system, Audio Technica In ear monitoring system, DBX 31 band graphic equaliser, Audio Technica DA49 Antenna Distribution system, two Audio Technica Shotgun microphones for the choir and a Tascam CD/Media Player.
We decided to re-use their existing Tannoy i12 speakers that were already installed along with the existing amplifier and the existing stage boxes as these were still in working condition so could be re-used for the sound system upgrade.
