It has been designed as a visual guide to our document storage process showing the six key phases, along with some rather interesting ‘did you know that?’ trivia!
The first of the six key steps starts with your request for archive/document collection and its journey to one of our secure document storage centres near Chester, Greater Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool. (Did you know that, if we laid our stored boxes together, the distance would stretch from Manchester to Liverpool, and back again with a detour to Chester and Warrington included?)
It shows how your documents are barcode scanned and security strapped on arrival to our premises, and allows you to take a glimpse inside one of our high quality secure archive storage centres. All our secure storage facilities are humidity controlled and protected by CCTV and intruder/smoke alarms. All boxes and files are barcoded and scanned, so we know the precise location of your records, making retrieval an accurate and efficient process.
When you want a box or file in store retrieved, you simply contact our customer service team, or use our secure online ordering system to request delivery. Choose from either a standard retrieval service, or for those more urgent requests, use our emergency delivery service which although officially has a three hour window, has an average response time of just 1 hr 4 minutes from order to arrival. We don’t hang around at Box-it North West, and because we are a local document management team, we have the ability to be flexible and accommodate those urgent, or more unusual requests.
Once you are ready to return the box or file to storage, simply get in touch with our customer service team and arrange a collection from your premises.
