My experience in working with SME businesses is that people are promoted for being great at their job but often never trained to develop the skills that are needed to effectively manage. In a year where retention is absolutely critical, I wanted to act and provide a cost effective solution and so we have expanded our workshop programme for 2023.

Investing in your Managers will reap rewards in a climate where recruitment is tough and the cost of replacing existing staff is increasing all the time. The feedback we have had on our workshops is that they provide cost effective training on topics that are relevant to the day to day roles of Line Managers - giving an instant return.
