WE ARRANGE TO PAY COMMERCIAL FINANCE BROKERS, BUSINESS AGENTS, CONSULTANTS, A MINIMUM OF 5,000 FOR THE RIGHT INTRODUCTIONS WHERE THERE IS A BUSINESS DEAL TO BE DONE.
I am here to set out a perfectly possible / plausible route forward for Businesses that you may know of, that may be rethinking or trying to work out their future positioning & next steps. Whilst providing you with a couple of potential additional income streams.
We deal with everything in the strictest confidence.
Together with others we have an interest in Businesses with a minimum turnover of £400k and are looking for opportunities to work with Business Owners, to either invest in, buy or merge with their company.
We are not business brokers, neither are you or any suitable Businesses required to compensate us in any manner whatsoever.
Our agenda is strictly to find suitable businesses whereby we see that one or more of the following may apply: -
1. The Business Owner/s wants to Retire and / or Sell.
2. The Business is in Trouble and struggling to restructure correctly.
3. The Business Owner/s wants to grow the Business but doesn’t know how.
4. The Business Owner/s wants to become part of a bigger entity but keep control of his/her/their Business.
5. The Business Owner/s wants to bring in expertise that he/she/they may not have.
We conduct all discussions with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. We are prepared to move quickly.
Importantly we do not charge anything to meet with the Business owner/s and go through with them what they seek to achieve, and what maybe we can do for them.
If we can assist them by for example solving any of the above 5. things then we will draw up an agreed contract with them and from that you will be paid an introducer fee. The actual fee to be agreed is a matter for you to decide with the agreement of the Business Owner by telling them that there may be a solution for them. (By introducing us), and that you will only be rewarded if discussions are successful.
It is not uncommon for Introducing Brokers to Charge £5k - £20k dependant on the size of the Business and the deal. Brokers may also consider splitting the fee in half and charging half initially on the signing of a deal and the other half in 12 months’ time thereby enabling future cash flow considerations. It is up to you. You know the Business Owners concerned.
With no fees due unless a deal is agreed then this means there is no risk to the Business Owner/s of paying out good money for no benefit and creates a “Win win” situation potentially for all concerned.
We will then ensure that the fee be paid accordingly where agreement proceeds that results in the Business Owners ambitions being agreed. Payment normally in days after such signing.
Further any subsequent finance requirements of that Business will of course be sourced from yourself and will of course further enhance your own business.
Finally, please consider this: -
How many Business Owners are there on your database? How many are there that may be interested in the 1-5 things listed?
Then multiply that out by the potential fees you would consider right for those particular Businesses.
So how much is your database now worth? if you make some phone calls or send out some emails to them? For most Commercial finance Brokers or Agents this is an additional and potentially very large new income stream.
In the first instance it cannot hurt to have a discussion around the subject on a ‘nothing ventured, nothing gained’ basis and see how it goes if this letter is of interest to you.
