Dentists Beware of Unsuitable RPE!
We have been supporting dentists for several weeks with face fit testing.
There are lots of people providing masks that do NOT protect against organic aerosols or droplets.
Please make sure that any masks you purchase meet the following criteria:
- Are rated as FFP3 protection
- Have filters that protect against organic aerosols
- Fit your staff including all other PPE and equipment (visor, loops, hairnet)
- Have been fit-tested by a competent face-fit tester
