CSR policies for a small business

I'm wondering how some of you have approached creating a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility policy for your business? I can greatly see the need for one in a large "corporate" as the policy suggests, but we've been asked if we have on in response to a tender opportunity. I'm tempted to use our environmental policy but was interested to see what the network feels about this and what other businesses have done in your approach?
