Summary
I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist with a level 5 Centralia Reflexology Mastership plus level 4 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Reflexologists.
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy based on the principle that there are reflex points and zones in the feet, lower legs, hands, face and ears corresponding to organs and systems in the body. These reflex points are stimulated using finger and thumb pressure to create balance and to normalise and harmonise the functions of the body.
A reflexologist works on the feet, hands, ears and face – so you only remove your shoes, socks/tights and jewellery.
Clinical reflexology treats the whole person for physical and non-physical factors that are affecting wellbeing. These might include:
Stress and anxiety
Lymphatic issues
Joint and muscle pain
Sciatica
Migraines
Fibromyalgia
Menopausal symptoms
Fertility problems
I have delivered refelxology in clinics as well as in the corporte setting.
