Aliz has been involved in properties since 2017. Over the past years she has invested in her property education and undertaken a full course of professional property investment training with Elite Legacy Education, the UK’s leading provider of property training.
She has attended over 100 hours of intensive training – including Lease and Purchase Option, Buy to Let, Auction Properties – and she is a members of a network of professional investors.
Apart from acquiring certificates in property education, Aliz holds a Project Management certification ,a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, has already partially completed her CIMA Accounting and Business Management certification. She has over 6 years of experience working in Global Operation Management roles for Technology Companies. She is a data driven decision maker with a high level of business acumen and operations thinking.
As a result of undertaking several property trainings, Aliz has built up a small but solid investment portfolio in Leeds, and Hartlepool, which are our main focus areas.
