I am an independent development consultant who has operated at an executive level in both the private and public sectors. I have a proven career record of managing the delivery of mixed-use projects from the initial concept and feasibility stages through to post contract. This is based on a solid understanding in the disciplines of regeneration, urban planning, stakeholder management, development and project management, procurement, design development, funding and economic development.
I have an extensive professional network with key industry contacts across the NW in the public sector, development companies, main contractors and consultant organisations. I have been responsible for business development, work winning and key account management within built environment consultancies.
