Want to improve your EQ?

Emotional intelligence, known as EQ, is the key to personal and professional success.  From the moment it first appeared in serious academic papers, it was recognised as the solution to a problem that had bewildered psychologists for years.

The problem? How can it be true that in 70% of cases the average IQ person performs better that someone with a very high IQ?

Clearly a high IQ should be a good indicator of success - or maybe not. We now know that it is EQ that makes the difference. Indeed 90% of top performers have a high EQ.

Your EQ determines how you manage your behaviour, navigate social interactions and make your personal decisions. It seems the effort to work on improving your EQ really does pay off! #selfknowledge #emotionalinteligence #proteuscareermanagement
